SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bigonus. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. This policy applies to all orders placed through our website bigonus.com.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days . Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Order processing times may vary for items shipped directly from different vendors on our platform. Please refer to individual product pages for specific processing time estimates if applicable.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 10 - 15 business days after processing.
- Cost: Free shipping on all orders
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
Note for Curated Platform / Marketplace: As Bigonus may feature products from multiple independent vendors, shipping methods, costs, and delivery times can vary per vendor and per item. Some vendors may ship items directly to you. The applicable shipping information will be detailed on the product page and/or during the checkout process. If an order contains items from multiple vendors, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
If your order includes items from multiple vendors, you may receive multiple shipment confirmation emails and tracking numbers.
4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within:
- The United States, including all 50 states.
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
5. TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES
The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay to Bigonus. We handle any applicable taxes and fees associated with your order. You will not be responsible for additional customs charges or taxes upon delivery.
6. DAMAGES OR LOST PACKAGES
Bigonus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@bigonus.com. We will work with the carrier to try and locate your package. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by our carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Bigonus will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
If a package is refused upon delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by you, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges. We may deduct these costs from your refund.
8. SPLIT SHIPMENTS (FOR MARKETPLACE)
If your order contains items from multiple vendors on our platform, your items may be shipped separately and at different times directly from each vendor. You will receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking numbers for each part of your order that is shipped separately. There are typically no additional shipping charges for split shipments in such cases unless explicitly stated at checkout.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
