Bigonus ("We," "Us," "Our," or "Platform") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users (including buyers and sellers/vendors) to do the same. This Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy outlines our policies regarding intellectual property, including how we handle claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and Marketplace Vendor Agreement.

1. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content on the bigonus.com website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the property of Bigonus LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Bigonus and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Bigonus LLC in the United States and/or other countries.

You may not use our trademarks, service marks, trade dress, or other intellectual property in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Bigonus without our express prior written consent.

2. VENDOR AND USER CONTENT

Sellers/Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload to the Platform does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Users who submit reviews, comments, or other content grant Bigonus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use such User Content as outlined in our Terms of Service.

3. POLICY ON INFRINGEMENT

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. We may remove content and/or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

4. DMCA COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION PROCESS

Submit a notification with:

1. A physical/electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work or a list.
3. Identification of the infringing material (e.g., URL).
4. Contact information.
5. A statement of good faith belief.
6. A statement of accuracy and authority, under penalty of perjury.

5. DESIGNATED COPYRIGHT AGENT

6. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

Submit a counter-notification with:

1. Your signature.
2. Identification of removed/disabled content and its location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief.
4. Your contact info and consent to jurisdiction.

7. TRADEMARK AND OTHER IP COMPLAINTS

Send to support@bigonus.com with:

• Identification of the IP right.
• Identification of infringing material.
• Your contact info.
• Good faith statement.
• Statement under penalty of perjury.
• Your signature.

8. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

Bigonus may terminate users or vendors who are repeat infringers.

9. MODIFICATIONS

We may modify this Policy with notice via updated "Last Updated" date.
