HOW TO APPLY

  1. Review our Guidelines: Before applying, please carefully read our Marketplace Vendor Agreement to understand our operational requirements, fee structure, and policies.
  2. Prepare Your Information: You'll need to provide details about your business, products, brand story, and links to your existing online presence. High-quality product images are essential.
  3. Submit Your Application:

  4. Application Review: Our team will review your application to ensure it aligns with our platform's vision and curation criteria. This process typically takes 7-14 business days.
  5. Notification & Onboarding: We will notify you of our decision via email. If your application is successful, we'll guide you through the onboarding process to set up your store on Bigonus.

VENDOR FEES & PAYOUTS

We believe in transparency. Our fee structure is as follows:

  • Commission Rate: We charge a 10% commission on the total sale price excluding shipping for each item sold through Bigonus.
  • Listing Fees: No listing fees.
  • Subscription Fees: $19.99 per month for a Standard Vendor Account.
  • Payment Processing Fees: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

Payouts to vendors are processed bi-weekly via PayPal or direct bank transfer. Further details can be found in our Marketplace Vendor Agreement.
