Refund and Returns Policy
At Bigonus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help. Please review our policy on returns and refunds below.

Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging (e.g., the original sneaker box), and this packaging must also be in good condition (not significantly damaged or taped up).
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email usually suffices).
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team within the 14-day window by emailing support@bigonus.com.
- In your email, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., defective, damaged, wrong item, sizing issue, change of mind).
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos showing the issue.
- Our support team will review your request and provide you with return authorization and the specific return shipping address if your return is accepted.
- Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving authorization will not be accepted. Please do not send returns to the original shipping address or our office address unless specifically instructed to do so.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
Return Shipping Costs
- Our Error (Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item): If the return is necessary due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged item, a defective product, or the wrong item entirely), Bigonus will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide instructions or a prepaid label after you contact us.
- Customer Choice (Change of Mind/Sizing Issues): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, it didn’t fit as expected, or for other reasons not due to our error, you (the customer) will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 1-3 business days of arrival at our return address), we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the item’s condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (often 5-10 business days).
Original shipping charges (if any were applied initially, though we typically offer free standard shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item under these circumstances, contact us at support@bigonus.com.
For exchanges due to sizing or personal preference, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following the return process outlined above, with customer responsible for return shipping), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
