All orders undergo processing and verification, typically taking 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. During high-demand promotional periods or holidays, additional processing time may be necessary. We appreciate your understanding.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

- Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
- Important Restriction: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses within the U.S. Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address for successful delivery.

Shipping Method, Costs & Delivery Times
Our primary shipping option is Standard Shipping.
Shipping Cost: We are delighted to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, applicable to both U.S. and international destinations.
Estimated Delivery Time (Post-Processing):
- United States: Typically 9 to 12 business days.
- International: Typically 14 to 17 business days. Delivery times can vary significantly by destination, and more specific estimates are provided at checkout.
Understanding Potential Delays: Delivery times provided are estimates. While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our direct control. These may include customs clearance procedures for international shipments, adverse weather conditions, carrier operational delays, or public holidays (including regional holidays impacting manufacturing or transit hubs, particularly in Asia). Sourcing products internationally allows us to offer competitive pricing, and we appreciate your patience should such delays arise.
Taxes, Duties & Fees
We aim for transparency. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay to Bigonus. We manage and cover the necessary taxes and import duties for your order. Therefore, you will not face unexpected charges for VAT, duties, or customs fees upon delivery. There are no hidden fees.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website or our Shipment Tracking page to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Providing an accurate and complete shipping address is essential for a smooth delivery. Our system performs validity checks, and if we suspect an issue with the address you provided, we will attempt to contact you via email for confirmation or correction before dispatching the order.
However, the final responsibility for ensuring the address is correct and deliverable rests with you, the customer. Bigonus cannot be held liable for orders lost, misdelivered, or returned due to fundamentally incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer, especially if confirmation attempts were unsuccessful. Should a package be returned to us under such circumstances, the customer may be responsible for any additional costs associated with reshipment.
Handling Damaged Items During Transit
We take meticulous care in packaging your items. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged due to transit handling, please contact us immediately, and no later than 7 days after delivery. You can reach us via:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number along with clear photographs showing the damage to both the item and the shipping container it arrived in. Our customer care team will review your claim promptly and collaborate with you on a satisfactory solution, which may involve sending a replacement item or issuing a refund. Bigonus will cover any shipping costs related to resolving transit damage claims.
Lost or Stolen Packages (Post-Delivery Confirmation)
Once the tracking information from the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the specified address, Bigonus‘s responsibility for the package concludes. We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking thoroughly around your property, with neighbors, or with your building’s reception/mailroom. If the package remains missing, the next step is to contact the shipping carrier directly to report the non-receipt and inquire about filing a claim with them.
